My husband has just tried these on and they look fab, he will look a trendy dude in these with his new shorts and light weight trousers during the day when we go on our cruise in a couple of weeks time. My eldest niece, who has a large foot said that if they don't fit my husband she wants them "NOT A CHANCE HA HA".

I saw a guy at work wearing a pair of white converse and thought they looked pretty cool. A couple of days latter I saw them on Amazon and ordered a pair in white.
Amazon's service was, as usual, fantastic and the item was delivered on time. However my excitment was short lived, when I tried the shoes on they just looked a bit silly. I'm a size 12 and they made my feet look thin and longer than they are. I have a wide foot so they were also uncomfortable. I'm sure if I had smaller feet the look and fit would have been better!
They are also expensive for what is a simple canvas shoe (although Amazon's price was good). I think I'm going to stick with sketchers, they have a wider fit and are far more comfortable and for around the same price you can get them with leather uppers.
Some people make these shoes look good especially with a pair of jeans but I'm not one of those people! Just don't wear them with shorts as no one can pull that off without looking like you're doing P.E at school.

I have wanted a pair of converse for ages, finally bought these in navy and I am very impressed.
They are extremely comfortable and lightweight and literally go with everything!
At first they felt a little bit big but I think this is why they are so comfy and I am definitely like them just the way they are now that i've worn them for a day. But if you are between sizes you might want to pick the smaller one.
I have read other reviews saying that these rub in places and cause blisters but I didn't have a single problem, I really do love these shoes!
