It's a good trimmer. Bought it for my hubby last christmas and does what it says on the box. Only downfall was that it developed a fault in the battery less than one year on and would not hold a charge. The replacement seems to be working well so far though. When it works, it's excellent; says my husband.

The flip-out sideburn trimmer is a bit useless, but other than that I am completely satisfied with the product. I was expecting a drop-in charger that plugs into a shaver socket, but the charger for this model is a transformer that plugs into a 13amp socket. A trailing lead plugs into the trimmer.

I bought this as a present for my husband and he is very happy with it. He said it is smooth to use and easy to handle. The shape fits well in your hand and this means you can get your trim done quickly!
The price was fairly good too.

It's very good, but it doesn't trim up to 5mm with main trimmer blade i don't know about the small one as I have never used it.

Remington seem to be unaware that that it is not permitted to have a 3-pin 13amp socket outlet in a UK bathroom.
However this device can only be charged via its charging unit which requres such an outlet.
The consequence is that you cannot charge your Remington razor in the bathroom.
Personally, I always shave and use my razor in the bathroom. Am I abnormal ?
DO NOT BUY THIS RAZOR IF YOU WISH TO USE IT IN YOUR BATHROOM !!!!
